- We produce handmade guitar and bass effect pedals of various types.
- All items come with a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not caused by the customer.
Payment
- Online payments via WayForPay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard).
- All prices are in USD.
- Payments are processed in USD. Your bank may convert the amount into your card’s currency at its own exchange rate and, in some cases, charge an additional currency conversion fee. The final amount charged in your currency may differ from the price shown on the website.
Shipping
- Priority shipping regions: USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia, South Korea — reliable and tested.
- Other countries — upon request, with a warning about possible delays.
- Shipping via Ukrposhta.
- Flat shipping rate: 20 USD for any products.
- Free shipping on orders over 200 USD.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 14–21 days.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be in its original condition, fully functional, and suitable for resale.
- Refunds or exchanges for another item are possible (upon agreement with the seller).
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Privacy Policy
- We collect only the data necessary for shipping: name, surname, email, phone number, country, city, region, postal code, address.
- Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and is not shared with third parties, except delivery services and payment providers.
- Data is stored securely and is not used for marketing without the client’s consent.
Other
- Pre-orders are available only after prior agreement in private correspondence.
- All products are subject to return according to the rules; there are no “non-returnable” promotional items.
