FUZ-1 is a brutal Fuzz Face–style replica inspired by the industrial aesthetics of Soviet-era equipment and built around rare vintage GT402 germanium transistors.
On the outside, it looks like a piece of military hardware from another era. Inside, it’s a true beast.
The old-school germanium components deliver soft, slightly blurred attack and the unmistakable gritty character that modern parts simply cannot reproduce. Expect warm, saturated fuzz with organic compression and expressive dynamics — from thick vintage sustain to raw, unruly breakup.
Original vintage USSR-era knobs enhance the pedal’s identity not only visually, but tactically — reinforcing its rugged, industrial presence.
